EMERGENCY ORDERS
All orders that are needed within seven business days are considered EMERGENCY ORDERS. A 50% rush fee is added to the total and must be approved by ownership first. Rush Shipping and handling will be charged to your account. See our Emergency Order Policy for details.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All orders are customized to your specifications. Cancellations made after your order has been placed are subject to a 25% cancellation fee on the total order value, to cover restocking and any additional fees required to cover services already rendered. No cancellations will be accepted once production or any manipulation of the garments has begun on the order.
