Return and Refund Policy

 

Because everything we create is custom, made-to-order, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact us at info@jusjesusllc.com.  within seven (7) days from receipt of merchandise and we will be happy to arrange for a return, reprint, or credit. To be eligible for a re-print, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please provide your order number with all correspondence.

 

Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 20 days of receipt of purchase.

 

In addition, please note that sizing can vary between body type and styles. If you have any questions about how a garment may fit, please be consulted by our size chart on the side of each product or email us at info@jusjesusllc.com. We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sized and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom printed.

 

Due to the nature of computer displays, the shirt manufacturing process, and the digital print process, we cannot guarantee any color matches. Shirt colors may vary from one shirt to the next even if they are from the same manufacturer, with the same style and size.

 

You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellation Policy

All orders are customized to your specifications.  Cancellations made after your order has been placed are subject to a 25% cancellation fee on the total order value, to cover restocking and any additional fees required to cover services already rendered. No cancellations will be accepted once production or any manipulation of the garments has begun on the order.
